A multi-block estate - leaseholders wanted to take over management control to improve transparency in high service charges and have a say in how and when costs were incurred.
PROJECT 4
Leaseholders of flats in a listed building wanted to understand what developments were proposed for their block, whether they complied with listed building consent and who was responsible for design and build defects if the freeholder developed the block.
